Wayne A. DiFebo, 85, of Berwick, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024, at Glenbrook Rehab and Nursing Center where he had been a resident since January of 2023.
He graduated from Berwick High School, Class of 1957, and joined the United States Army National Reserves. Wayne worked and retired from Wise Foods in Berwick, where he was a forklift operator. He enjoyed going to flea markets, woodworking, and crafts.
Wayne is survived by his son, Gary DiFebo, wife, Michele, of Bloomsburg; two grandchildren: Anthony DiFebo, Dominic DiFebo, wife, Kara; two great-grandchildren: Amelia and Bianca; two step-grandchildren: Jessica Hendricks, husband, Hayden, Tyler Zimmerman, wife, Cally; three step- great-grandchildren: Presley Zimmerman, Lucy and Henry Hendricks; daughter-in-law, Leslie DiFebo, of Berwick; and two brothers: James A. DiFebo, wife, Judith, of Wilkes Barre, Franklin E. DiFebo, wife, Dee, of Berwick.
Wayne was preceded in death by two sons: Ross DiFebo, who passed away in 1978, Mark DiFebo, who passed away in 2012; and brother, William E. DiFebo.
